Noel Elco Rascón

Noel Elco Rascón, is a first generation American, a former prosecutor and native Spanish speaker who grew up in Casa Grande, Arizona. Noel obtained his B.A. from the University of Arizona and his J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law in Northwest Indiana, in 2010.

After graduating from law school, Noel spent several years practicing in Indiana and Illinois. Upon his return to Arizona, he worked as a prosecutor for the Cities of Coolidge, Maricopa, and ultimately the City of Phoenix Prosecutor’s Office where he litigated DUIs, domestic violence offenses, public sexual indecency cases, and serious physical injury/death cases. Noel has taken nearly 100 cases to trial. He quickly developed a reputation for being an honest, humble, and fair prosecutor.

Experiencing how much of an advantage the prosecution has in our criminal system, and how the odds are stacked against the accused, Attorney Noel Elco Rascón realized that his experience and disposition would better serve the accused. In 2021, Noel ventured out and started his own criminal defense firm. Noel handles a range of cases including DUIs, Aggravated DUIs, domestic violence, drug offenses, armed robbery, theft, aggravated assaults, manslaughter, and many vehicular related offenses.
